Just a quick start on the more esoteric items; I'll expand this when I have more time.

Dew Point - This is the temperature at which the relative humidity would reach 100%. This means that if the Dew Point and the Current Temperature are around the same figure, then there is a good chance of FOG or DEW forming.

ET - EvapoTranspiration - This is a measure of the amount of moisture lost from the ground during the day. The moisture is lost in two ways, by direct Evaporation from the ground, and byTranspiration from leaves.

Wind Chill - This is a measure of how hot (or cold!) it actually feels, when the wind strength is taken into account.

Heat Index - This is a measure of how hot it actually feels, when the relative humidity is taken into account. The figure is not really meaningful below 20C.

Storm Rain - This is the amount of rain that has fallen in the most recent "rain event". A rain event is taken as starting when 0.5mm of rain has fallen, and will not then end until 24 hours have passed with no measurable rain falling.
